Tata Consultancy Services Ltd has informed the bourses that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on January 16 to take on record the audited results of the company for the third quarter ended December 31, 2007, and to consider declaration of a third interim dividend to the shareholders. The company has fixed January 24 as the record date for the purpose of the third interim dividend.–
