Gayatri Starchkem to change name

Hyderabad, Jan 21

Gayatri Starchkem Ltd will be changing its name to Gayatri Bioorganics Ltd subject to the approval of the Central Government. The members of the Hyderabad-based company had passed a special resolution with specific majority through postal ballot in this regard, according to a release. - Our Bureau
