REBI appoints franchisee

Hyderabad, Jan. 24

The Bangalore-based Real Estate Bank India (REBI), the `one-stop shop' for the real-estate sector, appointed its first master franchisee here on Wednesday. Addressing a press conference, Mr Lakshmi Narayanan, President and Chief Executive Officer, said the company plans to have 3,000 franchisees across the country in the next three years. Of these, nearly 40 are expected to be in Andhra Pradesh. The master franchisee would offer brokerage, financial, database and relocation services to customers. It would also facilitate bank loans. Besides, it would provide comprehensive database on properties. - Our Bureau
