NMDC takes tribal students on city tour

Hyderabad, Jan. 25 In an initiative to win the goodwill of the tribals around its mining areas, National Mineral Development Corporation Ltd (NMDC) has provided an opportunity for 40 tribal pupil from the Government schools near the Bailadila complex in Bastar division of Chhattisgarh to visit Hyderabad.

They have been brought to the city on January 24 to expose them to a life other than that in their tribal area. This is expected to give them a broader picture of life, said a release from the Hyderabad-headquartered company.

Mr Rana Som, Chairman and Managing Director, and senior officials had a brief interaction with them. projects.
