Mangalore, Jan. 25

The Kanara Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), in association with the Dakshina Kannada district administration and District Committee for Science and Technology, will conduct a ‘technology development demonstration programme’ here on January 29. A press release said that the purpose of the programme is to familiarise the local industries with DSIR’s (Department of Scientific and Industrial Research) scheme wherein the department provides partial fin ancial support to research and development projects taken up by industries.
