ISBA meet from today

Thiruvananthapuram, Jan. 30

The annual conference of the Indian Science and Technology Entrepreneurs’ Parks and Business Incubators’ Association will begin in the city on Thursday. The three-day event will be hosted by Technopark Thiruvananthapuram, said Mr N. Radhakrishnan Nair, CEO, Technopark. The theme for the conference is ‘creating global enterprises through the incubation route’.India has 120 technology business incubators and about 50 of these are located in academic i nstitutions and research and development institutions, said Mr H. K. Mittal, Advisor-Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. —
