Chennai, Jan. 30 A 6.6-acre parcel of prime property belonging to the AVM Group is coming up for sale at Vadapalani, according to market sources.

While not disclosing the details of the ownership, international property consultants, Cushman & Wakefield (India) Pvt Ltd, has advertised the sale of 6.6 acres land at Vadapalani.

Market sources say the land is suitable for both commercial and residential development with market prices estimated in the range of over Rs 7 crore-10 crore an acre.

Vadapalani, a well known residential and commercial area is the scene of hectic development with leading property developers launching projects.
