US co takes 55% in CS3

Kochi, Feb. 10

The California-based IT major Digital Liberty Group (DLG) has taken over 55 per cent stake in the Kochi-based Comprehensive Software and Services (CS3). Announcing the takeover, Mr O.K. Sanjit, Group Chairman, DLG, said: “We have been pursuing global investment opportunities, especially in the emerging markets and are committed to maintain our active presence in the most happening markets such as India, China, Japan and GCC countries, apart from the US. We are streng thening our presence in the Indian IT space with this takeover, which would be followed by more in the coming months”. DLG claims to be the second largest player in the software quality assurance business in the US while CS3 is an enterprise software solution provider to competitive business markets across diverse industrial sectors, according to a release.
