Everonn buys Patna firm

Chennai, Feb 11

Everonn Systems India Limited, a satellite based education service provider, has acquired Patna- based Toppers Tutorial Pvt Ltd, that operates in the IIT-JEE and AIEEE entrance exam coaching space. According to a press release, Everonn will take this new venture to 17 cities across India in phases starting with New Delhi.

Initially centres will be fully owned by Everonn, while franchisee models will evolve later, the release said. Coaching will comprise classroom-virtual blended learning, study material, refreshers’ course and test papers and will be available for in the form of one and two-year modules. –
