The Hindu Business Line : Shah Rukh to host new TV show

Star TV and actor Shah Rukh Khan will come together again to test the IQ of Indians, and all that the participants have to do this time round is be better informed than a fifth grader to win a prize money of Rs 5 crore. After a movie break since he last hosted Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC), the actor takes the host's chair again for a new format show Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hain? Mr Uday Shankar, CEO, Star India, said the show is pitched to bring the entire family together in front of their television sets. The show is being produced by Mr Sidhartha Basu's Synergy Adlabs Media, which produced the KBC seasons for the network. - Our Bureau
