Coimbatore, Feb. 18 BL Kashyap & Sons Ltd has announced that it has bagged new projects worth over Rs 1,100 crore which are scheduled for completion within 20 months.

Era Infra Engineering Ltd (construction and contract division) has been awarded the work of construction of CBI head office building at Lodhi Road, New Delhi, by National Buildings Construction Corporation Ltd valued at Rs 115.12 crore. Goldiam International Ltd has convened a meeting of the board of directors on February 25 to consider buy-back of equity shares and addition of development of infrastructure, residential, commercial, industrial properties in the main objects of the Memorandum of Association of the company.

India Foils Ltd has informed that Madras Aluminium Company Ltd, the current promoter, has decided to join hands with ESS DEE Aluminium Ltd to work towards the revival of the company through a rehabilitation scheme in consultation with the operating agency and subject to BIFR and other regulatory approvals as may be necessary.

Kaashyap Technologies Ltd has convened a meeting of the board of directors on February 29 to consider the issue of bonus/dividend/bonus warrants/rights to the shareholders of the company.

LCC Infotech Ltd has recently launched its new division under the name of `LCC Personal Computers’ dealing in LCC PC branded desktops, laptops and servers. The new division has been launched in Orissa and West Bengal and has already set up 90 dealers/re-sellers that are aggressively marketing and selling the various products under the LCC PC brand. It is in advanced talks for finalising distributors for States such as Maharashtra, Gujarat and Kerala.

Oil Country Tubular Ltd’s board of directors, at its emergency meeting held on February 16, decided that the EGM proposed to be held on Feb 25 to consider the issue of 1,07,10,470 share warrants to two allottees be and is hereby cancelled.
