Seminar on global trade
Kochi, Feb. 19
Centurion Bank of Punjab Ltd has organised a
seminar here on emerging trends in international
trade. The seminar was attended by exporters and
importers. The chief guest, Dr T.V. Gopalakrishnan,
General Manager, RBI, Kochi, spoke on gloabalisation of
economics and fast changing economic scenario in the
world. Ms Tarini Vaidya, Country Treasurer, CBOP,
spoke on the fast changing forex markets and the
volatility. A new and effective trade product `Buyers
Credit' was explained by Mr Ashok Battacharya, Head,
Trade Finance, CBOP. Mr U.K. Sethumadhavan, Zonal
Head, South, Business Head, Kerala, CBOP, welcomed
