SunTec’s tool for Axis Bank

Thiruvananthapuram, Feb. 25

Axis Bank has chosen SunTec Business Solutions’ software to centralise and streamline the bank’s pricing and billing processes. SunTec, which develops relationship-based billing and pricing software solutions for several sectors, has implemented a solution that will help Axis Bank create personalised product packages and manage fee billing for payment and cash management, while having a unified view of its customers, says a SunTec press release. The companyR 17;s solution, which was deployed in two separate phases, allowed Axis Bank to consolidate its billing process, says Mr Subhakanta Satpathy of Axis Bank. “Going forward, we aim to leverage SunTec features like relationship based pricing and bill modelling,” he adds. Axis Bank is SunTec’s second banking services client in India, after ICICI Bank, the press release said. Other clients include Comcast, Cable One, Batelco, BSNL, HFCL, HSBC and Lloyds TSB.
