SBH raises rates on term deposits

Hyderabad, Feb. 26

State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH) has revised interest rates on some domestic term deposits. The interest on term deposits between 180 days and less than one year has been hiked to 6.25 per cent from 6.00 per cent and 7.25 per cent (7.00 per cent) on deposits below Rs 15 lakh and above Rs 15 lakh respectively. Interest on deposits below Rs 15 lakh for one year to less than two years has been revised to 8.75 per cent (8.50 per cent). The interest on deposits between three years to less than five years, however, has been lowered to 8.75 per cent on both below and above Rs 15 lakh from 9 per cent and 9.25 per cent respectively, according to a release.
