ByCell gets LIs for 5 circles

New Delhi, Feb. 27 ByCell Telecommunications India Private Ltd today announced that it has received the Letter of Intents to provide telecom services in five circles namely Assam, North East (comprising Nagaland, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur and Tripura), West Bengal (including Sikkim and Andaman & Nicobar Islands), Orissa and Bihar (including Jharkhand).

The 5 circles would cover a total of 13 States with a population of more than 260million. ByCell’s application was held as DoT was awaiting security clearance.
