I welcome this as a very balanced budget, one that is likely to fuel inclusive growth in India. I am particularly delighted to see the continued focus on improving quality of learning through Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan. This will directly impact quality knowledge solution providers who can deliver content, quality teachers training and IT-assisted learning systems. In addition, the enhanced outlay to the Ministry of Information Technology will drive the growth of the IT and IT eS sectors, and is also likely to benefit IT training companies. One of the most welcome steps proposed is the setting up of skill-development corporation with public and private partnership. Overall this budget will give fillip to strengthening the very resources that offer us the global advantage — our people.
