Essilor India ties up with Hyderabad firm

Bangalore, March 10 Essilor India Pvt Ltd, the 100 per cent subsidiary of Essilor International, global leader in G spectacle lenses on Monday announced a new joint venture in Hyderabad. Essilor India has acquired the majority stake in the 20-20 Rx Processing, an existing franchisee of the company. This is in line with Essilor’s strategy of growth through acquisition.

Mr B. Jayanth, Managing Director, Essilor India Pvt Ltd, said, “this new JV is a demonstration of Essilor’s commitment to the opticians of Andhra Pradesh to help them give their customers superior brands and products.”
