Seminar on real estate

Hyderabad, March 12

Harvard Business School (HBS) and HBS India Research Center will offer a three-day executive education programme for the real estate industry in the form of a seminar from June 17 here. The programme, South Asia Real Estate Seminar, will be taught in Hyderabad by the HBS faculty and would examine critical issues pertaining to continued leadership in South Asia's rapidly changing real estate environment. Topics, including project and corporate finance, development, and leadership, will be explored using HBS case studies from around the globe and would also be featured in the programme, according to a release. Apart from lectures by the HBS faculty, the seminar would have a lecture by Mr Noel Tata, Managing Director of Trent, and Director of various Tata companies including Voltas, Titan Industries, Tata Investment Corporation, Trent Brands, and Landmark, on the importance of real estate, the release added. - Our Bureau
