Education ICFAI to open campus in Adelaide Hyderabad, March 15 The ICFAI University will soon be setting up a campus in Adelaide, South Australia, to offer postgraduate courses in business administration. Prof Subhash Sarnikar, Chairman of ICFAI, and Mr Mike Rann, Premier of South Australia, signed a memorandum of understanding in this regard here on Saturday. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Rann, who is leading a business delegation from South Australia, said education was a key focus in ties between India and South Australia. "Adelaide is one of the most attractive destinations to study, work and invest," he said. Prof Sarnikar said ICFAI would start academic programmes in South Australia as early as possible. "This MoU is the first step. We are talking to some South Australian universities to adopt a dual course system," he said. An ICFAI student of MBA in South Australia would be also getting another degree from some collaborating university there. "We are working on modalities and it will take time to announce full details of the new campus," he added. - Our BureauMore Stories on : Education | Overseas Investments | Accountancy
