The market generally showed irregular behaviour. On the export front, CIS shippers were active on the bolder varieties. Exporters to Pakistan limited their purchases to clean blacker fannings. Egypt selected medium grades. The bottom line dropped to Rs 45 from Rs 46 last week. Quotations held by the brokers indicated bids ranging Rs 45-47 a kg for the plain leaf grades and Rs 60-82 for the brighter liquoring sorts.
