Serena Software, an application lifecycle management solutions provider, said Monday it named Mr Munindra Kumar Bharatee as the Managing Director for their India operations. Previously, Mr Bharatee was the Country Manager of India for Rational Software. He would work to increase the company's market share in India, the company said in a statement. - Our Bureau
