MDLR Air gets scheduled licence

New Delhi, March 20 MDLR Airlines, which has been approved as a scheduled regional airline, plans to soon start operating scheduled flights from here to Chandigarh, Lucknow, Amritsar, Gorakhpur, Allahabad, Kullu and Shimla.

Addressing a press conference, the airline Chief Operating Officer, Mr U.K. Bose, said that the airline, that currently has three BAe regional jet aircraft, was also in talks to acquire new generation planes.

The airline, which was given the scheduled operators permit to start regular scheduled operations on March 19, was earlier operating non-scheduled air services.
