Corp Bank to pay 45% interim

Mangalore, March 25

The board of directors of Corporation Bank has given its nod for the proposal to raise tier-II bonds to the tune of Rs 500 crore and to declare an interim dividend of 45 per cent for 2007-08. The board gave its approval at its meeting held on Tuesday. The bank informed the BSE that the meeting of the board has declared an interim dividend of 45 per cent for the financial year 2007-08. On Tuesday, the bank's stock closed at Rs 284.80 on the BSE against the previous close of Rs 246.35. - Our Bureau
