Announcements Our Bureau Coimbatore, April 7 GMR Infrastructure Ltd has incorporated a subsidiary company ‘GMR Oil and Natural Gas Private Ltd’ with the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka on March 28. The authorised and paid-up share capital is Rs 1 lakh divided into 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each. Petron Engineering Construction Ltd has received a Letter of Intent from Bharat Oman Refineries Ltd, for mechanical work for HCU/DHDT for Bina Refinery at Bina in Madhya Pradesh for a contract value of Rs 84.27 crore. United Breweries Ltd has informed that the Committee of Directors of the company has decided the price for the rights issue at Rs 177 per equity share and the ratio of entitlement will be one equity share for every nine shares held on the record date which will be April 21.
