Financial Tech buys 90% in ICX

Mumbai, March 10

Financial Technologies (FT) India Ltd has acquired 90 per cent stake in Johannesburg-based technology company, ICX Platform (Pty) Ltd for $1.5 million (Rs 6 crore). ICX specialises in intellectual property rights and corporate ownership of electronic warehouse receipts technology, FT said in a communiqu‚ to the bourses. The FT scrip was down by 0.99 per cent to close at Rs 1,688.3 on the BSE on Thursday. - Our Bureau
