Call rates close lower

Mumbai, April 11:

The inter bank call rate closed lower at 5-5.5 per cent against the previous close of 6-6.05 per cent. In the four-day reverse repo auction, under the Liquidity Adjustment Facility, the RBI received and accepted 37 bids for Rs 37,370 crore. There were no repo bids. In the CBLO market, there were 479 trades amounting to Rs 32,096 crore in the rate range of 0.9-5.85 per cent.
