SonicWALL chooses Redington

Bangalore, April 15

SonicWALL, secure network infrastructure company, has announced Redington as the new company to manage its return material authorisation (RMA) process in India. Redington’s integrated service delivery framework which leverages SonicWALL’s delivery capabilities has substantial advantages over traditional models in terms of service manageability, predictability, reliability and responsiveness to the return authorisation process. With the rapidly expanding custome r base in India, SonicWALL wanted a strong logistic company which is process oriented and uses efficient method of controlling the return or exchange of products sold to customers, ensuring visibility and tracking of the product until the transaction is concluded and customer’s issues are resolved quickly
