Sasken revenue up 11%

Bangalore, April 18

Sasken Communications Technologies Ltd reported a 11-per cent increase in revenue in the fourth quarter. Net profit for the quarter rose to Rs 14.8 crore from Rs 11.7 crore in the year-ago period. Revenue grew to Rs 157.3 crore, the company added. For fiscal 2008, Sasken reported earnings of Rs 39.4 crores on revenue of Rs 570.21 crores. Sasken said it declared a dividend of 40 per cent. The company added six new customers in the current quarter, it said in a statement. - Our Bureau
