MySpace platform is open

Bangalore, April 21

Lifestyle portal MySpace, a unit of Fox Interactive Media Inc, said on Monday that it is opening the MySpace Developer Platform to developers in India. The company officially launched MySpace India last week. The MySpace Developer Platform Site, launched in February 2008, is the place for developers to build, test and deploy MySpace applications. MySpace said it would encourage local developers across India and empower them with the necessary tools to build applications. The developers would be able to interact with the MySpace development team and give feedback on the entire procedure, the company added. - Our Bureau
