Dish TV CEO quits

New Delhi, April 29

Dish TV’s CEO, Mr Arun Kumar Kapoor, has resigned after 18 months with Essel Group’s DTH business. The company said in a statement that Mr Kapoor had “decided to move on for enhanced career opportunity.” Dish TV said during his tenure the organisation consolidated its position. “Under his able leadership, it (Dish TV) also evolved from being a monopoly market set-up to one that is highly competitive, ready to brace a multi-player environment,& #8221; said a statement announcing his departure.
