The press statement from the company said that it is setting up a new facility at Singur near Kolkata to make parts for Tata Motors’ Nano car. It also said that the company has declared a dividend of 30 per cent for 2007. Considering the 1:1 bonus declared in May 2007, this translates to 60 per cent on a cum-bonus basis.
