Financial Performance Corporate Results - Software Four Soft sales, net up Our Bureau Hyderabad, May 1 Four Soft Ltd has recorded sales of Rs 43.69 crore with a net profit of Rs 4.52 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2008 against sales of Rs 41.16 crore and loss of Rs 10.39 crore for the corresponding quarter last year. For the fiscal ended March 31, 2008, the company recorded sales of Rs 173 crore with net profit of Rs 4.76 crore, against sales of Rs 163.40 crore with net profit of Rs 0.94 crore. Focus on domestic marketThe Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Four Soft, Mr Palem Srikanth Reddy, in a statement said “We have planned to step up focus on the domestic market and see a strong pipeline in the last six months. The company has strengthened the management team.” On March 28, the company had announced its intent to merge with Take Solutions and the valuations and merger ratio are being worked out.
