Hyderabad, May 8 Chennai-based Nace Solutions (P) Ltd, a software training and consulting company, is looking to tie up with AU-KBC (Anna University–K B Chandrasekhar) Research Centre to offer joint certification courses.

“We have had two rounds of discussions and in all probability the tie-up will be formalised within a week. Apart from this, we are also looking at tying up with universities in other States to offer similar programmes,” Mr Gopal. S, Chief Executive Officer, Nace Solutions, said while addressing a press conference here on Thursday.

Expansion plans

The company plans to open 200 centres in 10 states by the end of the current financial year. Currently, it has 22 centres located in Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad, and recently has tied up with six partners in Bangalore for more centres.

In Andhra Pradesh, the company is looking at opening 10 centres in Hyderabad and 25 in the district headquarters of the State.

“Out of the 200 centres, around 40 of them would be company owned while the rest will be on a franchisee model. The total investment for the expansion, brand promotion and marketing is likely to be around Rs 20 crore,” Mr Gopal said.

The company plans to invest Rs 15 crore from internal accruals.

“We are also in the process of finalising the agreement with Bahrain-based business group to expand our operations to West Asia and Bahrain. We have had initial discussions with business houses in Malaysia and Singapore for opening centres there,” he said.

Nace also provides customised training solutions, on-site training and consultations for corporates which constitutes 60 per cent of its revenues.
