Call rates close at 5.75-6%

Mumbai, May 8

The inter bank call rates closed at 5.75-6.00 per cent against the previous close at 5.50-5.75 per cent. In the one-day reverse repo auction, under the liquidity adjustment facility, the RBI received and accepted 44 bids for Rs 46,625 crore. There were no repo bids. In the CBLO market, there were 551 trades amounting to Rs 46,669.10 crore in the rate range of 4.90- 5.88 per cent.
