Salim group holds talks with Buddhadeb

Kolkata, June 6 The owner of the Salim Group of Indonesia, Mr Anthony Salim, today met the West Bengal Chief Minister, Mr Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee, and provided the latter with an update on the progress of various projects that have been taken up by the Salim Group in West Bengal. This was Mr Salim’s first visit to the State.

While speaking to newspersons after his meeting with Mr Bhattacharjee, Mr Salim thanked the State Government for giving him an opportunity to invest in the State and participate in its development.
