New FKCCI President

Bangalore, June 29

Mr D. Muralidhar, a business leader, has been elected President of the Federation of the Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry for 2008-09. A chartered accountant, Mr Muralidhar is a wholetime director in the Rs 80-crore Snam Group of Companies He is currently the President of Abrasives Manufacturers Association of India. He was recently co-opted as member to the National Executive Committee of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry. Mr J. Crasta, for mer President of the Karnataka Small Scale Industries Association, was elected Senior Vice-President of FKCCI and Mr N.S. Srinivasa Murthy the Vice-President. —
