Block trade of PVR Cinema shares

New Delhi, July 1 A block trade of 5 per cent of PVR Cinema’s shares was conducted on Monday at Rs 174 a share. Western India Trustee and Executor Company, an ICICI Venture controlled company, acquired the shares from Open Hammer Fund. ICICI Ventures owns no stake in the parent company, but has a 20 per cent stake in PVR’s production company, PVR Pictures.
