Our Bureau Hyderabad, July 7 Satyam Computer on Monday announced it has entered into an alliance with Tyfone, a facilitator and provider of technology, financial services, infrastructure and mobile payments for financial services sector. The alliance combines Satyam’s domain expertise and system integration experience with Tyfone’s mobile financial services infrastructure. The Tyfone’s technology suite currently encompasses secure mobile banking, mobile contactless payments, mobile retail, mobile remittance and mobile identity management services. These enable institutions to communicate quickly with their customers via mobile phones. By joining with Satyam, Tyfone sees itself providing comprehensive mobility solutions that include the best system integration, product customisation and end-to-end lifecycle services available on the market today. The Chief Executive Officer of Satyam, Mr B. Rama Raju, in a statement to the BSE, said, “We chose Tyfone because their platform is issuer-centric, enabling financial services companies have complete lifecycle control over the mobile financial services offering.” Mr Tom Spitzer, Chief Executive Officer of Tyfone, said, “Having Satyam as a partner, with its global reach, deep domain expertise and system integration and consultancy services provides our customers with a competitive advantage.
