Software Exon in tie-up for ‘thinking pattern’ tests Our Bureau Coimbatore, July 11 Exon Solutions, a Gurukul online learning solutions enterprise, has entered into a tie-up with the Centre for Applied Axiometrics (CFAAM) and Axiometrics International Inc (Ai) for providing psychometric assessments in India. The tie-up aims to promote and deliver the ‘Thinking Pattern’ profile on a pan-India basis. “This assessment method, based on the Nobel Prize-nominated study by Dr Robert S. Hartman, directly measures actual decision-making competency quickly and accurately. It can be used by HR professionals to close the performance gap by indicating a person’s strength and vulnerabilities,” a company release said. Stating that “the thinking pattern profile is like a fingerprint of one’s thinking process”, the President of CFAAM, Dr K.T. Connor, said, “the test eliminates bias and helps understand an individual’s thinking pattern by doing a rank-ordering task and tracking the pattern of the decision. The test would help the HR industry identify, train, develop and retain the best available talent in industry sectors.” Measuring clarityAccording to Mr Shailesh H. Mehta, Chairman, Exon Solutions, “thinking pattern measures the capacity, clarity and balance that individuals and groups have regarding people, tasks, systems and themselves. It can be used across all functions of HR, training and organisational development.” More Stories on : Software | Alliances & Joint Ventures
