Coal India sets up e-library

Ranchi, July 27

The Coal India Chairman, Mr Partha S. Bhattacharyya, recently formally inaugurated an e-library set-up at Central Mine Planning and Design Institute's premises at Ranchi, also releasing the institute's first e-newsletter. Funded as a Coal India R&D project, the e-library offers Coal India employees a single-point search engine on a variety of technical information pertaining to the coal-mining industry, said a press release. -Our Bureau
