Telecommunications Marketing - New Products & Services Nokia Navigator launched
Mr Devinder Kishore, Director Marketing, Nokia India, with Nokia 6210 Navigator, in Bangalore on Monday. – Our Bureau Bangalore, Aug. 4 Cell phone maker Nokia said Monday it launched the Nokia 6210 Navigator, a GPS-enabled mobile phone with an integrated in-map compass for pedestrian guidance. The phone comes with Nokia Maps 2.0 and offers real-time voice and visual guidance using in-built GPS support, the company said. Maps of eight cities including Delhi and NCR, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad are pre-installed, the company added. Maps of additional Indian cities will be added on an on-going basis, Nokia said. Navigation licence for six months would be provided free with the phone, the company added.
