Whirlpool sets Onam targets

Whirlpool India has chalked out aggressive plans for the Kerala market in the ensuing Onam festival season by setting a sales target of Rs100 crore during the period.

Unveiling its innovative range of products across five categories of home appliances here on Wednesday, Mr Shantanu Das Gupta, Vice-President (Marketing), told reporters that the company had kickstarted its Onam promotion campaign titled ‘Yellathinum Magic Returns’ for its customers which will commence on Saturday till September 12.

Kerala has emerged as the fastest growing market for the company.

Mr Tamal Kanti Saha, Vice President (Sales), said that the new range of products include Whirlpool revamped Genius and Fusion range.
