Call rates higher

Mumbai, Aug. 6

Call rates closed at 9.20-9.30 per cent, against the previous close of 9.05-9.25 per cent. In the one-day repo auction under the liquidity adjustment facility, the RBI received and accepted 17 bids worth Rs 14,885 crore. There were no reverse repo bids. In the CBLO market, there were 375 trades amounting to Rs 25,736.10 crore in the rate range of 8.96-9.20 per cent. - Our Bureau
