MRO-TEK solutions for Big Animation

Bangalore, Aug. 7 MRO-TEK Ltd, a provider of product-based solutions to access network, and Premier Partners for Foundry Networks in India, successfully implemented a network infrastructure powered by Foundry Networks for Big Animation, at their studio in Pune.

The network will give Big Animation — an Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group company — wire-speed switching, enabling transfer of Terabytes of dataMr S. Narayanan, Chairman and Managing Director, MRO-TEK Ltd, said the animation industry always grappled with slow system speeds because of the movement of huge volumes of data in the network.

The solution provided by MRO suited the requirements of a typical studio application and gave the users wire-speed access at all times. It also took care of data security between departments.
