Ma Foi now under Randstad fold

Our Bureau

Chennai, Aug. 9 Ma Foi Management, which has been a part of the Vedior group since 2004, has now become a part of the Netherlands-based Randstad, the second largest HR services company in the world.

This follows the global merger announced earlier between Randstad and Vedior.

Consequent to this merger, Ma Foi has also announced the integration of Team4U, a Delhi-based staffing company. With this , the combined staff strength of Ma Foi will grow to over 46,000 and the core staff strength to 2,054 in India.

Ma Foi’s managing director, Mr K. Pandia Rajan, will now become the Managing Director of Randstad India and will lead the integration process of Ma Foi and Team4U, which will provide a crucial platform for Ma Foi to strengthen its leadership position in the flexi staffing market, Mr K. Pandia Rajan said in a press release.

The past six months have been marked with crucial developments for the company, which include key business partnerships and MoUs with Qualitair, BBT, Coca Cola University and Global Adjustments.

Ma Foi’s staffing solutions group placed 7,211 candidates during this period and is in the process of developing a Front Office product for the flexi staffing industry.

Its pay roll business has been steadily growing and currently caters to 215 companies, servicing over 1.40 lakhs employees.

Besides Team4U and Ma Foi, Randstad operates in India with EmmayHR with a focus on search and selection and is led by Ms Monisha Advani as Managing Director, the release said.
