MRPL pays dividend to HPCL

Mangalore, Aug. 21

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) on Thursday handed over a dividend of Rs 35.66 crore for 2007-08, to Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL). HPCL holds 16.95 per cent stake in MRPL. A company release said here that Mr L.K. Gupta, Director (Finance) of MRPL, handed over the cheque to Mr M.A. Tankiwala, Director (Refineries) of HPCL, and Mr B. Mukherjee, Director (Finance), in Mumbai. - Our Bureau
