Hyderabad, Sept. 1

SatNav Technologies has announced it has tied up with RT Outsourcing as service partner with the latter having the mandate to serve SatNav GPS device customers. RT Outsourcing, based in Okhla, New Delhi, has over 3,500 people managing a call centre. The Managing Director of SatNav, Mr Amit Prasad, in a statement said with this tie-up, SatNav will extend their services round the clock under which the customers from any part of India can call up for support and also get the ir devices repaired by sending it to the RT Service Centre.
