Call rate ends higher

Mumbai, Sept. 4

The inter-bank call rate closed at 9.00-9.10 per cent, against the previous close of 8.90-9.10 per cent. In the one-day repo auction under the liquidity adjustment facility, the RBI received and accepted 11 bids worth Rs 7,845 crore. There were no reverse repo bids. In the CBLO market, there were 499 trades amounting to Rs 36,051.05 crore in the rate range of 8.00-9.10 per cent.
