Hyderabad, Sept. 9

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) will be hosting the Honeywell-Nobel Laureate Lecture Series. Prof Claude Cohen-Tannoudji, Nobel Prize winner in Physics (1997), will deliver two lectures on Quantum Physics: From Basic Concepts to Applications and Ultracold Atoms: Achievements and Perspectives on September 15-16, 2008. He would also interact with the students, according to a release. The programme is part of Honeywell’s Science Education initiative.
