Fern Valley constructions in Kerala

Kochi, Sept. 21

The Bangalore-based Fern Valley Group is investing Rs 300 crore in Kerala for apartment and tourism projects. The group, which has completed one apartment project in Kochi, is constructing three projects in the commercial hub of the State. Mr Paul Fernandez, the CMD, said the three projects include super-luxury apartments costing over Rs 1 crore each and those aimed at the middle class. The project will be completed in two years. He said that the tourism projects will come up in Kollam. The first one is planned near Tirumullavaram beach, which is dubbed as one of the finest beaches. The work on the Rs 20-crore seashore resort will begin next year. The other projects will be villas and apartments with five-star facilities at Kadavoor, the construction of which is slated to begin next year. After this, the group plans to enter tier-2 towns in the State. - Our Bureau
